One week on from my post below and its another Monday "starting again". This time more slowly as oddly my arms, forearms particularly were the issue today. Still 5.3 and 5.6% not too shabby. Need to commit to 5 sessions this week as will then be travelling, likely without gym access for the next two weeks
"Monday 23rd July A good start to the new week with a much more like it session. Has to be daily this week and then perhaps two sessions Friday. 5.6 5.7% "-thereafter late nights and leaving lunches constricted exercise!
