After my low carb day on Monday I fasted in anticipation of my Over 60s cricket match. I tested and was in ketosis at 0.5mmol/L by 11am. At 6pm, after playing cricket, eating two biscuits and drinking orange and mango squash, it was 1.1mmol/L
No M issues in the match and no stiffness yesterday morning, despite a 40 ball innings and a lot of chasing in the field...
The added benefit is I was back to 85KG when weighing in.
